The Six Rack Beer Pong League is a system based on bringing the best beer pong teams together to face each other in a weekly beer pong match format. It is actually based on two leagues that are reset every season being capped by a tournament. The two leagues are the Champions League which is referred to as the upper bracket and the Busket League referred to as the lower bracket. At the end of every season the bottom five teams from the Champions League drop to the Busket League and the top five teams of the Busket League move up to replace them. This constantly brings the top teams to the upper bracket.

 

 

General Rules:


Teams in both leagues will have a weekly matchup. This matchup can happen anytime between the Sunday through Saturday of that week. It is up to the 2 teams involved to find a match time within that week. Each match will consist of a best of 9 game series. Games 1-8 will be played by alternating team-house-rules while the deciding game will be play by champion rules.

 

Home/Away Rules:


When your team is home or away determines who gets to choose what table to play on in that teams matchup. If a team does not have a home table then a neutral site will be provided. The home team also gets to decide to choose either which side of the table they have for the match or which team rules gets played first.

 

- Champions League:

 

A) Contains 16 teams  broken into 2 conferences with 8 teams each
B) Season has 12 games in which 7 are in conference, 5 out of conference, and 1 is a bye
C) Top 4 teams playoff for title ( any ties for position in the playoffs will be a best of 7 for the spot)
D) Bottom five record-wise get dropped and bumped to the Busket League

 

- Busket League

 

A) Starts with 16 teams, then up to 48. New teams can be added at any time but there is a one week waiting period before they can play their first game.
B) Teams will only know their upcoming opponent the week before
C) The top 4 teams by winning percentage will automatically move on to the Champions League
D) Teams ranked 5-8 by winning percentage will playoff for the last Champion League spot.
